Hello Team,

 

I cannot create business support case with HP Technical support. I am registered and can login HP.support page, but at the moment I go to "Create business support page", the system asks me to register again and saying that such user exists.

 

Please could you forward this query to the HP team supporting this website to resolve this issue as I have pending requests for technical assistance to log.

I, too, am having this exact issue registering. I actually just posted here. Any assistance would be appreciated. I have someone on my team that is having the exact issue as well...
