Does any know how to contact support or customer service for online accounts? Somehow my entire HP account personal information and purchase history has been wiped out, not to mention saved credit cards, and myamy shipping and billing).
I contact sales, no help.Adter a week of calling I was finally sent to a customer service manager. She asked for a document of what I do, in order to get to my account. I sent 2 pages of screen shots. She said she'd get back I'm 4 days, it's now 9 days and no answer. I emailed her again, no answer.

Had same problem finally got a number with real person  Got results. was connected to this number through another tech support number. Before i put the number on here , added to my address book, and called it again to make sure it was the right number. It ask me to subscribe or click smart something customers. So seems like have to pay for this service, but I was connected buy another hp support person without paying dunno, may want to google. think its called HP smart friend services.
