Since my first phone call to HP about tech support on February 16 2011, the verbal technician forced me to purchase the $99.00 extend warranty. He said he was able to "fix my computer" but before I made this purchase, I clearly told him that I knew I had to use the recovery disk but I did not have it so I wanted to know if there was any other way to fix my computer or just to use and purchase the recovery disk?. My problem was the computer cannot start up. However, this agent said I need to purchase the warranty first, then he can check and fix my computer without the disk.  After I paid the extended warranty and he did something on his side, he told me nothing to be help my computer. Again, I clearly told him beforehand that I knew I could recover my computer through that particular disk. But  he pursuaded and forced me, so I only can believed him that he can help me.Then, after a few day, I found out I can but the disk to recovery my computer. So, I called them to cancel the 1 yr extended warranty due to no use on me. The technician was curt and impatient with these phone call. He cheated me their manager was off and in the meeting room. He said the manager may call me at the next day. of course, no one called me to this matter. I thought he need to meet the guota for himself only. Not really want to solve my problem.  You know the disk only cost me $16.00 but Ineed to spend $99.00 for no use.
