HP Spectre x360 15 Convertible PC
This message is in regards to the HP Spectre Laptop which I ordered  on November 28, 2020.
My order number is [Personal Information Removed] which has declined.
 
After talking with a representative over the phone on Monday, November 30,2020, I got to know that the order was declined because it was getting shipped to a different address which was not the same address as my billing address. 
To which I explained that our building management has hired a third party contractor (which was the shipping address that I put while ordering) to pick up the order for us and hand deliver it to us in our apartment. The reason for doing that was because a lot of packages got either misplaced or went missing when they used to be delivered at the front porch of the building.
In addition to that, I also said that if delivering to another address is a problem, you can get it delivered to my billing address as long as they hand deliver and not leave at the front porch of the building. 
I also said that I ordered an HP Pavilion for my wife  (Order No. [Personal Information Removed]) on the same shipping address but that got approved, so, not sure what was the problem with delivering my HP Spectre!
 
The representative said that he has processed the order and someone is going to call or email me about the confirmation within the next 48 hours and I am going to get my laptop at the same price I ordered. I did not receive any call or email till now! 
I called again today and the representative said to contact with HP Escalations regarding my order. Not sure what is going on with my order! This caused so much inconvenience to me!
 
Request you to please look into this for me. I hope to get some positive responses from you. Please feel free to call or email me if you have any questions regarding the same.
