Order Declined

My order got declined 2 times. First I tried with PayPal and it got declined, then I proceeded to pay with my debit card and got declined again. This is really frustrating and I don’t know what to do.

Well, I don't know - I use a credit card for big purchases and those for which I need tracking and protection.


"We" are not the Store - we do  not have any direct means of talking to the store for you.


The HP store, on the other hand, does has a phone number you can call, there is Chat (at least in the Western USA), and there is a Customer Service site with additional information and ways to find help.


The contact information is on the website.


You can talk to someone (a sales representative) without having to purchase anything.


If you are trying to grab an "online" only deal, mention that so you can ask for help or options to get "the deal" on the phone.
