I ordered two computers from HP 12/28/10 with everything I wanted specified. The order was done onlne so how could HP screw it up?
Not only did they send me the wrong computers (received Jan. 11, 2011) but when I called (January 13, 2011) to have it returned the girl who handled the claim was disrespectful, rude and tried to say it was my fault. When she realized it wasn't (my order was very clear and precise) she handled the return (returned computers Jan. 14, 2011) but then hung up on me when I asked when my REAL computers, the ones I ordered would be sent.
It is now January 26, 2011 and I have yet to receive my computers I ordered almost a month ago.
I am absolutely unhappy with the quality of customer service and am disappointed that I have spent my money on a company that shows its lack of care.
This matter has not been resolved and I am still waiting on my computers. This should never happen. If someone orders online with everything printed out, HP should have a system that provides this information or fire the morons that they hire and get someone who can actually do the proper job.
