Order Status not being updated, no emails

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Well, I've been checking my order status frequently, and the black has been going up to the build assembly, but when the date came, the black bar disappeared, and the day past. The shipment day was supposed to be the 29th of April 2020, but its been a day later, and I don't know if HP should email me about delays or so.
