Order Status

HP Recommended

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I placed an order for a power adapter several weeks ago.  The order status still says that it is being processed.  I can't find anywhere on the HP website to get an update, and was not given any shipping time estimate.  Does anyone know how I can get any answers on this?

Is there a way to get a response from HP?  To say that the HP website is frustrating and is not user friendly to get responses is an understatement.  I just want a way to get an update on my order...
