Order - Waiting Stock

Hi, I ordered a laptop this week through the online store and delivery was due for today. However the order processing is now just displaying "Waiting Stock" and has not been delivered. There was no indication that the product was not in stock when I purchased it. Is there any way to get information about when the order will be fully processed and back out for delivery? Thanks
