Hp spectre X360 15"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i ordered a new laptop(HP spectre X360 15 ) from the website and the purchase was declined. I called my bank and they said that there was no error from their side and the transaction was done. The money was charged, and it is blocked but the order is not placed

 

How can i get my money back?

What is the appropriate way to purchase the product without rejecting the request?
