Order declined and was charged HP call support isn't helping

Hi, i purchased HP spectre x360 during Black friday my order was immediately declined and i was charged since then everyday i have been trying to reach HP support through 3 different phone number and email. Email personals always tell me to contact them in call and whenever i try to call them i have to literally wait for for over 70 min and then they say we need to reconnect you to that department and its been 2 weeks and im no where close to getting my money back. Its so frustrating
