I just ordered a new laptop(HP Laptop - 17z-ca300) from the website and the purchase was declined. I called my bank and they said that there was no error from their side and the transaction was done. The money was charged, and it is blocked but the order is not placed. After that I wrote into the chat about this problem and the assistant replied that "The HP.com Store uses standard industry practices to evaluate and accept credit card payments."Why it was declined and how I need to pay in order to put order correctly?
