Hi! I have the same issue, I ordered my PC on September 25th, HP withdrew my money from my debit card, then the next day the order turn from processing to denied, after a long call and waiting for someone to pick up the phone. They tell me that my order have been escalated, and my order would still be processing. after a few days from that conversation, the order is still in decline mode. but after 10 days the money has finally been sent back to my bank. Very frustrating and feeling cheated. but I need a computer, So I attempted to make an order again on Oct 3. Again, the order processing, they take money out of my bank, and decline the order after transaction has been made. I feel like HP does not honor these order that have been made online, and just trying to take the money first, and wait for the customer to deal with their problem. I feel neglected as a customer, and I have been doing business with HP for years.
