Order not yet delivered. Estimated date keep extending

I ordered a laptop during the Black Friday deal (11/27). Initially it was said estimated delivery date will be Dec 18th. Then it moved to Jan 12th and now the portal says it will be delivered only by Feb 4th. That is also not confirmed it is just an estimated date. Its already 2 months and no word from HP.
