OMEN by HP 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey all,

 

Bought a " OMEN by HP 15-dh0007na Gaming Laptop - NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 2070" but I haven't received any more updates on the status of my purchase other than the confirmation email. An arrival date was scheduled for the 10th of march but as I've checked my order, it is still deemed as "processing"; can someone or a representative from HP please give me some information as to how I should proceed, and also, how else I can contact HP (preferably a phone number). Many thanks in advance.
