Is there an email or phone number for escalation within HP regarding my order shipment? I have been trying to call the customer service support for days and either got disconnected or on hold with music for hours. Managed to get someone from the online chat but they were unable to help me. They gave me a number which is the same number as the customer service support. I am frustrated that I am unable to get anyone from HP to help with my order. Thanks.
