Order status

Is the order status broken for the HP store? I ordered a custom build on Nov 30 with a ship date of 12/16, supposedly arriving tomorrow. However the order status page has not changed from "order confirmed" to any of the next stages... now I'm worried it won't come by Christmas (it's a gift for my wife). Does anyone know what's going on? I can certainly understand if there are delays with all that's going on these days but I would have appreciated some communication if my order is going to be delayed...
