Hi, I ordered a laptop from hp store UK. When I placed order it says that the product is on stock, after I placed order it says 'low in stock'. Estimated delivery date was today which is 7th January. I checked order status and on my phone it says 'packing' but when I checked on the computer it says 'waiting stock'. So, I phoned customer service and only information I received was the same as I can see on the computer and the woman said they will update tomorrow. I would like to know how long typically laptops back to stock as I read lots of negative reviews and many people said that they had to wait long time to get their order. I have no time to wait that's why I would like to know how long it can takes. I'm a student and I need laptop to work on it and can't wait a month or so. Anyone can help me? Because if it will take long time I wanna cancel my order and buy other laptop somewhere else. Also, I don't get it why the website said it was available and when it comes out of stock I have to wait. Why the store selling something which is not available and Misleads the consumer by giving incorrect information about the availability.
