Order waiting stock

HP Spectre x360 13-aw0057na Sure View Convertible Laptop 2020 Edition Core™ i5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a laptop and it said it was in stock and it said it should be delivered within 48hrs after I purchased it said I should receive it by the 11th which was over 48 hrs but I said it’s fine then I checked on the 10 th and it then said the 15th and yesterday it became the 22nd and says out of stock. I’m a student and I can’t wait so long to get my item and it wasn’t exactly cheap either and I really need it soon but I have received no help and I waited on the call for over 45 min twice and I spoke to no one and when they finally emailed back after 2 days of me emailing they literally said what I can see online and gave me no other help. I just need to know when I will actually receive it and when it will be back in stock
