I'm really disappointed with HP service and I guess there are many others who feel the same!

  • The order hasn't been delivered yet, they've returned the order it seems due to unavailability of any agent near my place, I live in Kanpur and there are hp showrooms and hp stores near my place, but still they weren't able to deliver my order even though dispatching was done as per the last email I received from HP.
  • Is there any sincere employee at HP who can get my issue resolved and change my negative thoughts about hp (which are going negative day by day due to the situation I'm facing)?  I really don't know what to do if my order is cancelled and I don't get my refund. In that case I'll be taking some legal action for sure. I'm very serious about all this and I'm also very frustrated with hp. 

Firstly, my laptop's battery capacity went too low suddenly, it has been just 2 year that I purchased my laptop, faced so many problems with my laptop, repaired that and had to factory reset the laptop. Battery wasn't available in the shop (some plaza hp world, Kanpur). 

So, I decided to order a battery online, researched about it on Amazon, Flipkart and HP Store, it wasn't even available on Flipkart, also it was very difficult to find my model!!. I contacted an hp guy for that using hp virtual world whatsapp agent,and the guy sent me some other expensive model that too after 2-3 days?!? 

Got the battery on Amazon and HP Store, it was showing that on Amazon it'll get delivered after 20 days and on HP store within 4-6 days. 

My biggest mistake was to order from HP store, firstly i wasn't even able to login and order, I had to order anonymously, although my email id was submitted in the end, but such poor service with such a reputed company isn't expected. 

Moving on, it's now been around 24 days and and the battery still hasn't arrived yet, I've called customer service around 6 times now, many times it happens that I wait for 5-10 minutes for them to receive but they don't,and the call is cut. 

It's been dispatched finally, hoping to get my battery within next 30 days atleast. I was about to cancel my order but now it's too late, I needed that urgently and the purpose I needed that for is already served, had to buy inverter to get continuous power supply so that I could use the laptop for my interviews 🙂

My suggestion to the hp team would be:

Hire better quality people for internships and jobs, you'll feel the difference in quality of work yourself, hire from IITs and NITs, compare with competing companies like Dell, which is much more successful and fast to respond to customers as well l!!!
