Ordered a battery and has been on "processing" for over a week

HP Recommended
HP Laptop 15-bs0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a battery for my laptop on 1/18/2020.  Ever since then my order has been "processing" I need this batter asap because my computer can't stay on without a charger and half the time doesn't even want to stay charging.  I know my battery is the issue but I'm stuck in processing when I need the battery ASAP.  I've tried contacting HP but every time i do then send me to the buy a part store.  I don't know what else to do and I'm getting extremely annoyed at this point.  I'm a college student, I need my laptop and my laptop needs a battery.
