Ordering Nightmare

Has anyone actually ordered from HP store and received their order? 

I ordered this morning, and almost immediately my order status was changed to cancelled (even though the money had left my account). I called customer service, and after a long wait on hold I received an apology and a complaint was raised. 

A couple of hours later I received another email stating my order was being packed at the warehouse. Confused, I called again to check this was actually the case, as I had been told there was an issue with stock and my order was cancelled! The person I got through to had no idea what was happening, and could not get through to who he needed to speak with to check for me. He assured me he would contact me by the end of the day, but no contact came. 

My order is still showing as packing, 6 hours later! After a look on trust pilot it seems HP Store has a trust rating of 1.7! and that this is a common problem with HP. 

Does anyone ever receive their orders or even manage to speak with someone who knows what is going on? Really quite worried.

Hi Betty, 

 

Unfortunately after numerous calls and emails today assuring me the product was being delivered today 100%, I then received another email at the end of the day apologising for the deception and informing me the product was actually not in stock! 

I have now cancelled my order and am seeking a full and immediate refund.
