HP Laptop Orders

After having 3 successful orders I am now on my third bank declined order that were not really bank declined.

Order #1 bounced immediately as bank declined on PayPal Credit. Strange status since I had plenty of credit and prior orders had worked fine.

Order #2 was a resubmit of the first order and showed bank declined the next day. Now I had two orders pending in PayPal Credit. Tried to contact HP but got hung up on after 10 minutes. Emailed support and didn’t get an answer but the orders now showed cancelled.

Order #3 new item a few days later. Paid for by cash bank draw. Next day order declined. Called HP again and finally talked to Lewis. He verified my info and called “security”. They said I was not to submit any more orders but declined to say why. He was able to cancel the order and I am waiting on the return of funds to my bank account.

HP needs review their business practices and provide accurate information to their customers. Non existent support and erratic approvals will kill whatever business they have left. HP now joins Dell as a vendor I will not do business with. As usual I know this is not unique likely thousands have been impacted by whatever they practice they have instituted.

@Radster51, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
