POOR Service!!!

Wonder how you ever won awards for your service HP??? My new All in one desktop I purchased on Janurary 29 2011 will not even boot up after your phone support guys( notice I said GUYS as in morer than one) had me F10 & F11 till my pc would no longer boot then asked for my credit card to send me rescue disc. WTF????? I started with an issue of the pc locking me out and not waking back up. Now I am out another $28.17 for rescue disc to be overnighted and were not shipped till 3 days later, again WTF???? How about include disc in the new purchase?? Might cost you a total of $2 to create and include in packaging. Nothinglike speading a cool grand for the latest and greatest and getting a POS!!!!! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree why can we not get help for poor service. HP tech support wiped out my programs then I have to BUY a rescue disc. Something is wrong with your service provider.

PS I am still on hold with HP Tech asking why they did not mail the rescue disc till today. As of now I have been on hold 24.06 minutes. I did call you 800 # so I can let this set on speaker phone all day on your dime!!!!!!!!!!
