Hv bought the printer since April 2013. Couldn t print and scan. Not connected to computer

Could pls check still under warranty.

According to the User Guide for your printer, the warranty is for one year from purchase date.
I'm afraid it has expired.
We do have a lot of helpful Printer Experts who could possibly offer a solution!
I would suggest picking a section of the Forum that closely matches your issue, and post a detailed question there. Perhaps the Printers/Scanning section?
