Product: All-in-one 2540

HP paid help online for printer 2540. ( HP Order no [personal info removed]) Agent rang and was to ring back to check if OK but didn't. Agent supposed to correct email address also. Still issues with printer. Cannot contact HP as they still have wrong email address and offer no other online/phone access. How to contact and resolve?

Not Helpful. The agent was to correct the email address you have for me and did not do so, so your response that someone would email me has not reached me due to wrong address. My correct email address is valpy@sky.com.
