I have tried multiple times to reset my password for my HP account. It is at least six characters long, consists of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters. I keep getting the same message back that it is an invalid password. I haven't been able to figure out what the problem is, and cannot find a way of contacting a real person at HP to help resolve the problem. Can anyone out there help? I have some time sensitive registration problems to deal with.
