Pathetic Service Centres

HP Recommended

Very much dissatisfied from the services of HP and HP Service Center. Seems that I had committed a BLUNDER by purchasing the Compaq laptop and its extended warranty.

First, my laptop's display was replaced after a follow up of ONLY FOUR MONTHS.

Now, for last TWO MONTHS, am following up with your service center to get my warranty to be extended in view of these four months.

But, despite of hundreds of calls and plenty of mails, what I have received is A BIG ZERO. (Please put yourself into my shoes)

Escalating the case and expect an early and effective reply. Please do the needful on priority.
