The pictures in my ablums contain a large green square with a white check mark. I can not even see enough of a picture to select it. How do I get rid of it?

I have Windows 7 Home Premium

Hi Ginny,

If you have Norton 360 installed, this may be responsible - see the explanation on the following link.

If you use Norton, go to Settings & uncheck the "Backup Status Overlay". It's just to indicate you whether the file has alaredy been backed up or not.
