Please validate the Organization Account

HP Recommended

Im not sure when this issue started but i can no longer update my profile or submit case tickets to HP. when i do i am greeted with the following message

 

"Please validate the Organization Account for your Site Account by contacting HP or refer to the Help page."

 

unfortunately there is no contact number or help page 

 

please advise.
