 and it's still going on, this happens most of the times!

I was trying to call hp helpline number, most of the time they don't pick, or they transfer my call and it's a long waiting time for more than 10 minutes on an average.

Also, why isn't there any tracking option on HP website only? Why can't this feature be added with so many developers around us. Why do we need to waste our time calling ho agents to track our order?

Nothing is going fine with hp.
