I can't believe that XP will not give me a phone number to talk to a human just because my computer is out of warranty I spent $2,000 on it I've never asked for a question about it since then and they want to charge me to answer a question

The warranty support is for folks with products in warranty. For free support after the warranty period is over please post your questions in the forum here.  If you have a notebook computer find the appropriate board here:  https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks/ct-p/Notebook.  If you have a desktop computer pick from the categories here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktops/ct-p/DesktopPC.

Don't worry, I got it fixed at Office Max in 8 minutes. Much better service than HP.
