Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why is HP customer support so hard to access and why are they so inefficient in solving issues? Had to spend nearly two hours on the phone and laptop to be able to order a replacement charger which is still under warranty. They sent me the wrong part the first time and then they sent the two ends of the charger in different orders so I am waiting for the second part.

Still haven't received the part and now I am being told that it will be two more weeks before the part is delivered. That will make a total of five weeks since I originally ordered the part.
