Poor quality of HP laptop and after sales services

HP Recommended

We have purchased the HP laptop before 7 months. Out of 7 months, three months it is with the HP service centre. So far six times we visited the service centre for repairing delivery and collection. We requested HP to replace the defective piece with new one and extend the guarantee. We sent more than 10 reminders without getting any response. We purchase the HP laptop for international quality and best service but totally disappointed.
