Perhaps you can help me.  I am a grandfather and not a techie!  So use English, please.

Here are my two issues:

1.  I can't figure out how to post a fresh question on this website. I see not buttons or places to click for that. So that is why I am writing you via this "reply" to a random question I clicked on.  So, HOW do I post a new question on this forum???

2.  Re: my c3140 series printer, how can I force it to print blue all the time? (Or any of its primary colors, at my choosing.)

Many thanks for any ideas you can suggest.

charles
