So I ordered a laptop and paid the extra $10 for priority shipping, but now it's saying two weeks??? I paid for 2-4 days, is the estimated time just wrong or did it just downgrade me to standard shipping for some reason? I need this computer for school so I'm hoping this doesn't actually take 2 weeks.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
