It would be very helpful if the personal profile page had a "Post New Topic" button or link. I often click to my profile to check things as a sort of home page. When visiting all forums, I usually have a question in mind and want to post it. As it is here, I must come out to the forum listing to do this. Such an option in the profile would be very handy. Thank you.

I'm not sure how useful this would be?

The forum needs to know what board you want to create your new topic.

With the current scheme, you're already there, either through a search on going through the hierarchy.

 

Though I suppose since the main forum page already has that button with a drop down menu, it would just be a matter of cloning it:
