Proud of HP - Proactively replaced the battery when I only sent it in for new keyboard!

HP Recommended

We sent in an RMA for the keyboard on my laptop (total garbage, keys popping off not from abuse or anything like that) . Anyway, had 6 days left on the warranty and I totally forgot about the battery issue when I called so I figures oh well.

 

They replaced the keyboard and I guess noticed the error about the battery and replaced it as well.

I already bought 2 new ASUS laptops but this one has been pretty great as well.  Would have just continued to use it but couldn't live without a computer for 5 days!
