Purchase confirmation

HP Recommended

This may be a weird question to ask but when I purchased an item a couple days ago I never received an email confirmation. The payment has gone through after 2 days. What should I do?

After calling HP customer support they send a text to a link directly to my phone but the link only sends me here... What do I do? Im so confused. I havent been able to talk to a representative or anyone at all.
