How would you rank HP customer service? I've checked, and apparently, it's amongst the worst ranked for customer service.
Personally, still perplexed as to why there's no email customer support. I'm the kind of person that only wants to speak to people on the phone when it's absolutely necessary.
I know that there's a chat function, but if it's as bad as Twitter DMs, then I think I might stick with Dell, even if they did wreck my laptop (long story).
So, how would you rate HP customer service?

Terrible from my experience. Its been 17 days of going around in circles and I still have not received a replacement for my faulty laptop within the return period based on lies and a "post sales support agent" who does not have the knack for reading and understanding emails before emailing back the same old useless message again. Steer well clear if you can.

@robcasares If you wish to speak to someone, I suggest you follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
