My first  question as a new member about fixing my computer was marked as spam earlier. By whom? Who decides that? The question contained   a lot of details, so maybe that set off some bot to mark it as spam. But it was definitely not spam and this seems very unfair that my query was not allowed to be posted. Who do you appeal to and how do you correct so that it can get read by the community? I read there are rules that say there are to be no duplicate questions? Help please.
