I have purchase HP DV6-2159TX laptop on 26-04-2010 in Lucknow (India). on 27-05-2010, a problem of not recharging the battery was occured. I contacted the service centre located at Lucknow namely RT, Dayal Chambers, [text removed for privacy]Lucknow (India). They suggested to deposit the machine for diagnosys. After 3 hours, I contacted them and they in turn said that due to fault in one part, the problem persist in recharging. They said that they have requisitioned that part from Delhi Warehouse. Even after regular persuasion, the faulty part could not be reached to the service centre till late evening on today. i.e.31-05-2010. I have suffered huge loss and approx. I lost Rs.60000.00 (INR) in this process. Even now, the problem is not appearing to solve, since, the part is not available with Delhi Warehouse. Now, I am fed up and all set to file a civil suit against the HP for replacement of machine and recovery of loss of income. Please suggest me how, you can help in the matter. Now. I want new machine and recovery of loss. The serial no. [text removed for privacy]
