Product: HP M22f FHD Monitor

Regarding my HP M22F monitor under warranty. The product is under warranty and all sudden the screen when turned on it shows black screen.

When raised service ticket i was asked to share pics and vedios and HP started claiming its physical damage. But thats not the case.

 

without sending technician and physically visit how they can conclude that ? i bet its not physical damage. so please send a technician to check the monitor first and i need manager escalation on this issue.
