Replacement Laptop

HP Recommended
Spectre
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Need help. I have been awaiting for over a week for my replacement laptop. They gave me a tracking number, but never called FedEx to pick up my laptop from the warehouse in Tennessee. I am beyond frustrated. I have been waiting for over a month for a working laptop, and lost my job because HP Customer Care didn't expedite my order. They sent my first replacement 3 weeks later and it worked for 2 mins and died and won't charge. They promised to send another laptop and I'm still waiting on it over a week later, after they sent me a tracking number. I can NEVER talk to anybody in the USA. I always get sent to INDIA or some other overseas country. This has been the worst experience ever.
