Product: HP Probook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This doesn't really fit this forum, but it has been posted here in the past.  I didn't really see a solution to help me.  If someone could direct me to the proper forum or HP support, that would be great.  I first noticed last week that I cannot access the SABA Learning Center.  It says the user record does not exist.

 

I have to access this site for my HP certifications.  There is no option for techinal support.  The only option is to reset your password which I have done, but still can't sign in. Hopefully someone can direct me.
