Service Manager is working although not all Service Requests are processing as they should. We had a system crash about 24 hours ago. All services came back but some request are stuck at the SD level, quotes and line items are not being generated by the ocm. This is still intermittently happening to some requests. We have about 300 requests in this state, can they be reprocessed?
