HP Recommended

i was trying to Order a victus PC, i pressed guest checkout since i didnt want to make an account, as soon as i typed in all my bank info, and pressed order, it said ORDER DECLINED, i have no clue why this happened so i try another time then i talk to a representative to help me, i check my bank and i am -616 dollars WITH 2 PAYMENTS OF 922.31 DOLLARS, i seriously need help with this as i cannot just let these go through
