I had a bad experience with an online HP sales rep today, and I would like to report it so that HP sales management can address the issue..

 

The basis for my complaint is documented in the chat log that was emailed to me after the call.

 

I went to the online customer service web-form, but the 1,000-character limit there doesn't give me enough space to paste the parts of the chat log that were troublesome.

 

Does anyone have an email address I can use, so that I can paste what I need to in an email?
