I was trying to install a HP Printer: HP Projet 8020, on my computer yesterday, when it indicated an error occurred and I needed to call a number. It looked like an hp site. I called the number and unfortunately in following his directions, he gained access to my computer. He told me I had programs that were corrupted and would have to purchase an XBox for $50.00 or $100.00 to fix some of the programs that were corrupted. However HP would reimburse my credit card. I ended the call. However, earlier I was trying to install another HP printer on another computer and the same thing happened. I ended both calls. He said his name was Clay Jensen. He worked for at the main offices in California and this was his contact information
