Since I bought my laptop, the screen likes to pop out when being opened or closed. Today when I opened it, it popped out and shattered. My warranty is no longer in effect. This is an up issue as it's been popping out since day one. Called hp to get the issue resolved, was told I would have to pay over 500 for new screen plus repair! This is a huge issue with my particular model. Now since there's no way to afford a new laptop or screen, I have to quit school. Nearest library is 40miles away and I'm a single mother with no car. Thank you hp...you've made my life hell.

Hp issue. Not up issue...

And lets not forget as I was explaining my issue after finding out my lifetime warranty somehow disappeared after less than 2 years, I was hung up on by customer support. And worst part is, I was extremely nice.
